When placing an order from this website, you are accepting our terms and conditions as detailed here. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point without notice.

In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. You will be contacted if this is the case.

If your order is for another party and it contains alcohol then the recipient must be over 18 years of age. The recipient must be aged 18 or over. We will not leave any orders in a safe place.

Delivery will only be made to the person named on the credit card/direct debit account.

Shipment shall only be made to a full and proper residential or commercial postal address. Deliveries cannot take place to car parks, recreation ground, public parks, etc

We aim to ensure that all items listed on this website are available and in stock, there are occasions where this may not be possible. In this scenario we will make every effort to make contact as soon as possible to arrange an agreed substitution or refund.

We request that you contact us immediately if you experience any issues regarding your delivery and we will do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or replaced.

We only ship to the UK.

We will not be responsible for any taxes or other charges encountered on receipt of an international order. Responsibility for any additional charges lie solely with the customer.

In the event of  a return you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but will always be within 10 working days after we have received the goods and they are in a good condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned at their expense.

Please note we can't adjust orders once put through. This is due to us having a small team, and mistakes can easily happen.

Vouchers can only be used once and only one voucher per order

When you subscribe to FUTURESTATE CLUB you will receive two cans of 80s inspired, synthwave-enhanced FUTURESTATE beer each month with the all-important pairing recommendations. Postage and packing is included. Monthly beers may be two of the same or individual brews.

Monthly member’s beer releases will always be our priority. We will do our best to brew some other non-member beers as time and capacity permits. CLUB members will have exclusive access to these.

Beers will be shipped around the middle of each month

All beers are vegan unless we specify otherwise

Communication will be by both Instagram direct messaging and email so please make sure we don’t end up in your spam folder.
